Nut Butter Squares

1 ½ cups (1 jar) nut butter of choice

½ cup raw honey

2 TSP pure vanilla extract

2 large cage-free eggs

½ TSP baking soda

4 OZ unsweetened applesauce

Preheat oven to 350*. Place parchment paper at the bottom of an 8”X8” baking pan.  Set aside.

Combine above ingredients into large bowl.  Mix well.  Pour batter onto baking pan and spread evenly.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool.  Cut into squares.

You can also use cashew or peanut butter in place of almond butter, if you’d like.
