Green enchilada Casserole
Corn tortillas (ones with minimal ingredients are best and recommended)
1-1 ½ LB cubed or sliced chicken
2-3 Cups of Grated Cheese of choice
Preheat oven at 350*. Layer Pan in this order: torn tortillas, chicken, cheese, tortillas, sauce, chicken, cheese, tortillas, rest of sauce and rest of cheese.
Please in oven for 20 minute or until sides are crispy.
