Green enchilada Casserole

Corn tortillas (ones with minimal ingredients are best and recommended)

1-1 ½ LB cubed or sliced chicken

Homemade Green Enchilada

2-3 Cups of Grated Cheese of choice

Preheat oven at 350*. Layer Pan in this order: torn tortillas, chicken, cheese, tortillas, sauce, chicken, cheese, tortillas, rest of sauce and rest of cheese.

 Optional Layer: Torn tortillas, chicken, rice, beans, cheese, tortillas, sauce, chicken, rice, beans, cheese, tortillas, rest of sauce and rest of cheese.

Please in oven for 20 minute or until sides are crispy.
