Bacon wrapped Brussel Sprouts 

6 Brussel Sprouts cut in 1/2, lengthwise4-6 slices of uncured, nitrate free bacon

Cut bacon in 1/2 or 1/3, depending on length

Slice Brussel sprout in half lengthwise

Wrap thawed bacon slice around 

Sliced Brussel sprout and tighten with a toothpick. 

Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until bacon is fully cooked and serve.
