Pressure cooker Beef and Broccoli 

Clean Pressure Cooker Beef and Broccoli Ingredients:1 ½ LBS Cubed Grass Fed Chuck Steak
2 minced garlic cloves 
½ diced onion
¼ cup Braggs liquid aminos
¼ cup sesame seeds 
1 LB cubed broccoli
2 TBSP arrowroot 
½ cup water or bone broth
Pepper to taste (I would not add salt until after you have tried the end result)

Place all above items except broccoli, arrowroot and water into pressure cooker and cook on high setting for 5 minutes. 

Pressure release and add in broccoli, arrowroot and water into crock pot. 

Cook on low setting for 2 minutes, pressure release and serve with cooked rice or quinoa.
