We have some friends who are gluten intolerant.
The momma is stay off her toe she almost broke for about 3 weeks.
I wanted to try a gluten free muffin recipe with hopes to bless them.
Here’s a message I received from her, “Muffin party on my kitchen. They kids are happy. Thumbs up!”
They may not look pretty, but the taste is.
Here’s the recipe, if you’d like to try it:
3 cups almond flour
Pear/applesauce made from 1 pear and 1 Apple
2 ripened bananas
2 TBSP pure maple syrup
1 cup whole fat Yogurt
3 TSP baking powder
2 TSP baking soda
Dash of Himalayan seat salt
Optional: 1/3 cup raisins, carob chips or crushed raw nuts.
Preheat oven to 350. Place liners into muffin pan.
Mix dry ingredients together. Blend wet ingredients together and pour into dry blend. Pour a spoonful into each muffin liner and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy once cooled down a bit, 10-15 minutes
