Almond flour muffins 

The mix worked as perfect gluten free muffins:
2 cups of almond flour
1 cup of almond milk

1 cup of banana/pear/applesauce

4 TSP baking powder

Optional: 1/3 cup chocolate chips, raisins, etc

Preheat oven at 350. Line pan with muffin liners. 

Mix all ingredients together a pour into baking muffin pan.  

Bake for 40 minutes and let cool for 15 minutes.
