Fiesta Nachos

Fiesta Nachos

Organic tortilla chips, black and/or pinto beans, romaine lettuce, avocado, 1 LB Grass fed ground beef, turkey or chicken, green onion, cilantro and tomatoes. Cheese is optional.

Meat prep: Heat in saucepan until fully cooked. Drain any remaining fat left from meat and place back into pan.  Add in cilantro, green onions and tomatoes and saute for 5-10 minutes on medium.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  

Layer chips, meat mixture, beans, avocado and optional cheese onto serving plate.  Enjoy!
