Steak, Bacon Wrapped Asparagus and Potato Wedges

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus:

2 LBS (1 large bunch) Asparagus

1 ½ LB Uncured Bacon or Turkey Bacon

Preheat oven to 400*.  Rinse and cut end the of asparagus.  Wrap 4-5 asparagus with bacon and place on baking sheet.  Place any extra asparagus in between wraps.  Place pan into oven and bake for 20 minutes.  Once 20 minutes is up, flip wraps and place back into oven.  Change oven setting to broil at 500*.  Broil wraps for 15 mins or until desired crispness.  

Steak:

1 1/2-2 pounds Steak of choice

3 TBSP butter or coconut oil

Bring Cast Iron Skillet or pan to medium heat and add butter.  Once butter is melted, brown steak on each side until desired cook and remove from heat to sit for 10-15 minutes before slicing to serve

Potato Wedges:

6-8 washed golden or red potatoes sliced into wedges

3 TBSP of butter or coconut oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven at 400 degrees.  Place butter or coconut oil onto pan and let melt in oven then remove and place potatoes.  Bake for 20 minutes, remove to stir and bake for another 20 minutes.  Cook until crispy or at desired state.
