Homemade Croutons 

1/2 loaf of cubes french bread

1/4 cup of olive, avocado or coconut oil 

2 TBS freshly minced or dried parsley 

3 minced garlic cloves 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Preheat oven at 275. Mix all ingredients by hand in bowl or in large plastic bag. Pour onto baking sheet covered with parchment paper(for easy clean up). Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven, mix and bake again for another 15 minutes or until desired state. Enjoy as a snack, in a casserole or over a salad!
