Veggie LoMein

Package of lo mein noodles

1/4 cup liquid ánimos

1/4 water

1/8 cup sesame seeds

Veggies of choiceI used:

1/2 diced onion

1 sliced zucchini

1 slices carrot

1 sliced red bell pepper

1 sliced green bell pepper

Handful of snap peas

Saute veggies on medium to desired consistency. Cook noodles following package instructions. Mix veggies, noodles, liquid ánimos, sesame seeds and water together. Cook for 5 minutes to blend flavors and serve!
