Healthy, kid-friendly food recipes

Lentil Tacos 

1 cup cooked lentils (I use stovetop)

1 cup cooked beans (I use my pressure cooker) 

1 bunch of minced cilantro

2 cloves of minced garlic

2 diced tomatoes

1/4 diced onion 

Garnish (optional) 

Sliced cabbage 

Grated cheese 

Avocado

Lemon/lime juice 

Crushed red peppers 

Mix all ingredients together and serve with corn tortilla or over lettuce!
