Veggie Pancit

Soften Pancit noodles in hot water for about 10-15 minutes, then strain. 

Use veggies of choice, but I used: 
Sauteed broccoli rice, brussel sprouts, snap peas, cabbage, red onions, carrots with Liquid aminos and lemon juice.  

Mixed noodles and veggies together and garnished with green onions and crushed red peppers 🙂
