Veggie stir fry rice and noodles

1-2 cups of Cooked rice of choice

1 batch of cooked noodles of choice

2lbs veggie mix of choice

(I use Brussel sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, red bell pepper, green beans, onion, garlic)

Liquid aminos or coconut oil

Avocado oil

Sauté veggies of choice, pour 1/2 of cooked veggie mix into another bowl. Pour 2TB of avocado oil or oil of choice, add cooked rice of choice to veggies and oil and stir. Once stirred evenly, add in 1/4 cup of liquid aminos or coconut aminos.

Pour 2TB of avocado oil or oil of choice, add cooked noodles of choice to veggies and oil and stir. Once stirred evenly, add in 1/4 cup of liquid aminos or coconut aminos.

Wait to add salt until tasting because aminos is naturally salty. Add pepper to taste.

Garnish with red chili paste, if desired
