Veggie Noodle Soup

6 peeled potatoes 3 cups water

1 spoonful of veggie bouillon

Cook on manual/high in instant pot for 1 minute, then pressure when alarm sounds off.

Add into pot:

6 rough chopped carrots

6 rough chopped celery, leaves included

1 rough chopped large zucchini

3 cups water

1 spoonfuls of veggie bouillon

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook on manual/high for 1 minute, then pressure when alarm sounds off.

Add 1-2 cups of cooked noodles of choice and serve!
