Cast iron radishes and turnips

Ingredients

1 peeled and cubed turnip

1 cubed bunch of radishes

1-2 TBSP high heat cooking oil of choice (I chose coconut oil)

I sautéed the cubed radishes and peeled and cubed turnips together in my cast iron pan with coconut and some salt for 30-40 minutes on medium heat.

They were pleasantly delicious and apparently helps with multiple ailments. I ate these in place of potatoes for our breakfast for dinner meal.
